About the Role

The PF Sales Assistant & Logistics role is a core operational position responsible for the day-to-day execution of commercial and logistics activities for the assigned customer portfolio, ensuring business continuity and reliable customer service. This position will be offered on a temporary basis, with a contract of up to 6 months through a temporary employment agency.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute the receipt, validation, and confirmation of customer orders for EU and non-EU customers, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and coordination of purchase orders and shipment execution.
* Maintain short- and mid-term demand forecasts to support planning and service levels.
* Process and follow up on invoicing, directly supporting revenue realization and cash flow.
* Negotiate and manage transport services from the manufacturing site to customers, with a strong focus on cost control, service reliability, and margin protection.
* Coordinate export logistics and documentation for European Union and non-EU customers, ensuring compliance with applicable trade and transport requirements, with a particular focus on the Middle East.
* Act as a central coordination point between customers, sales, logistics, finance, quality teams, and the local operations team in Cervera.
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency in SAP, including orders, forecasts, and customer information.
* Manage customer requests, samples, and non-conformities in a structured and timely manner.
* Proactively identify and mitigate operational and delivery risks, supporting smooth execution and stable operations
* Cover reception duties during the afternoon shift (typically from 15:00 to 18:00), including handling the main phone line, receiving parcels, and coordinating front-desk access.
* Provide operational back-up and coverage for other Customer Service team members during planned absences and vacation periods, ensuring continuity of customer and order management activities.

About you

* Fluent English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
* Confident user of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* SAP knowledge is a plus.
* Previous experience in order management and customer service, including handling customer complaints.
* Proactive mindset with the ability to manage critical situations and work under pressure.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external customers.
* Organized, solution-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
