We are looking for a Sales Associate to work with us at El Corte Inglés Plaza Cataluña, Barcelona, for 8 hours per week in the "El Corte Inglés" on Sundays.
* Long-term temporary cover.
* Weekly rotating schedules.
* 8 hour weekly contract: Sundays.
* Experience in a similar role (luxury or premium retail).
* Experience in shop-in-shop environments (El Corte Inglés).
* High level of English (B2-C1).

What you can expect:

* Provide excellent levels of customer service and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.
* Maximize every sales opportunity to achieve the store's sales targets and individual KPI indicators.
* Identify customer needs and respond to all product-related questions.
* Be able to answer inquiries about price, location, features, benefits, and usage of HUGO BOSS merchandise.
* Ensure that all customer orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time.
* Optimize product knowledge to recommend and draw customer attention to products in order to maximize sales opportunities.

Your profile:

* Proven experience in retail sales and tailoring in a luxury brand environment.
* Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.
* Always presents a professional image.
* Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities successfully.
* Professionalism maintained in all circumstances.
* Fluent in English or another language.
