Role Overview
The Senior Associate License Compliance Representative is an experienced individual contributor responsible for independently managing a moderate volume of compliance leads. This role uses telemetry tools to identify potential licensing violations, engages mid-level customer contacts, supports resolution planning, and contributes to protecting Autodesk's intellectual property.

Responsibilities
* Compliance Management: Independently manage a moderate volume of compliance leads using established procedures
* Business Analysis: Utilize telemetry tools to identify patterns of non-compliance
* Customer Engagement: Communicate licensing issues, send warning letters, escalate cases
* Compliance Expertise: Demonstrate working knowledge of Autodesk licensing models
* Sales Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales teams to align messaging and share insights

Minimum Qualifications
* 2-4 years of experience in compliance, auditing, revenue protection, customer success, or similar roles
* Experience reviewing data or conducting investigations
* Strong communication skills tailored to mid-level customer contacts
* Ability to manage caseloads independently
* Foundational negotiation skills
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Fluent in Portuguese and English

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with telemetry, audit tools, or licensing analytics
* Background in software licensing or IP protection
* Exposure to SaaS or subscription business models
* Experience drafting compliance communications
* Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration with sales, legal, operations
