The Hardware Design Integrity (HWDI) department enables program execution quality and on-time delivery by ensuring integrity, compliance, security and process efficiency of our technical data, designs and systems. HWDI is part of the Product Integrity center, alongside Configuration and Data Management (CMDM).

The department is seeking a candidate to support the review and compliance of technical data packages (TDPs) to internal, customer, and regulatory requirements; drawing and computer-aided design (CAD) database release management, and information systems (IS) support.

The position is for an ON-SITE role within the HWDI Team in Andover, MA.

What You Will Do
* Training and application of RTX tools including CREO and Product Data Management (cPDM)
* Support programs and the hardware engineering discipline utilizing engineering tools, Adobe, and Microsoft office suite
* Engineering change and drawing release
* Collaboration with coworkers and diverse teams
* Information Systems and risk management support
* Process improvement with possible presentations on initiatives as needed
* Training on Raytheon processes and procedures

Qualifications You Must Have
* Must hold a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Business Management, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or another related field

Qualifications We Prefer
* Experience utilizing CAD (Computer-aided-design) tools such as CREO or equivalent
* Prior engineering project or internship experience
* Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, and/or Power BI experience
* Experience developing and delivering presentations (verbal and/or written)

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
