We are looking for a Vice President to lead the CIO Office in our IT.

YOUR KEY JOB DESCRIPTION

The Vice President leads CIO Office unit ensuring a competitive IT strategy, efficient IT management and optimized IT operating model are in place to deliver maximal business value. VP, CIO Office supports CIO in the overall IT management and operational practices. She/he acts in close collaboration with all business units and functions in DNA, and with (COMPANY NAME) Nordic organization.

Responsibilities and key deliverables of VP, CIO Office include:
* IT strategy and efficient execution across IT and DNA wide development organization
* IT operating model optimized for business value creation and operational efficiency
* DNA investment and development portfolio management to ensure optimized result on investments decisions and clear targets and focus in development
* Efficient and timely implementation of prioritized development items and support for development w.r.t development methods, execution management, quality assurance etc.
* Risk management and compliance to regulatory requirements in collaboration with Legal unit
* Efficient procurement and sourcing practice for IT in collaboration with Procurement unit
* Well-established Software Asset Management practice contributing to efficient procurement and sourcing
* Solid IT financial planning and frequent follow-up in collaboration with Finance unit
* Talent management and competence development according to IT workforce plan in collaboration with HR unit.

PREFERRED COMPETENCE IN THIS ROLE:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or information technology
* Extensive experience in IT leadership and management roles, including strategy execution, IT governance and risk management
* Proven track record and experience of establishing and running effective portfolio management practices driving business value.
* Proven track record of successfully implementing IT governance frameworks and driving continuous improvement
* Proven results on effective IT financial management
* Experience in working in international settings and multi-national culture
* Fluent English and Finnish, both written and spoken.

This position requires an approved statement of security clearance.
