Job Description
You join the Teora - Middle Office Private Life Insurance team (15 people) as a Private Life Insurance Business Manager.
On a daily basis, your missions are:
- to receive requests, carry out 1st level checks (completeness, compliance), process and monitor the files inherent in all Life Insurance acts (subscription, additional payment, advance, redemption, arbitration, change of beneficiary clause, administrative acts, ...)
- to handle phone calls related to the activity
- to handle the emails related to the activity and fill in the tracking and reporting tools
- to encourage salespeople to seek assistance in preparing their files upstream in terms of origin and traceability of funds
- to promote among salespeople the use of digital tools and the means made available for self-care
Your actions as Business Manager Life Insurance Private Management must strongly contribute:
* to retain the Private Management salespeople of the Savings Banks and Popular Banks
* and to lead them to entrust us with future operations.
