As Consolidation Manager within our Consolidation & Statutory Reporting team, you'll lead the financial consolidation process for a geographical zone while managing a team of analysts, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance, and driving continuous improvement across our global operations. Main responsibilities:
* Manage the reporting and consolidation process for a geographical zone with a team of 2 Consolidation Analysts, building strong relationships with reporting teams, countries' CFOs.
* Supervise financial data analysis reported by entities and provide guidance, training, and specific instructions to local teams
* Design and oversee the reporting of scope changes including business combinations, mergers, acquisitions, alliances, and divestments
* Lead integration projects for new entities following acquisitions, ensuring seamless financial reporting transitions
* Review complex consolidation entries such as eliminations, translation rules, share-based payments, hyperinflation adjustments, employee benefits, and fair-value calculations
* Validate internal controls within the consolidation process, including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Group reporting process, bringing proactive feedback and creative solutions

About you

Experience:
* Strong consolidation experience with previous people management responsibilities
Soft & technical skills:
* Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and experience with consolidation ERP systems
* Collaborative and transparent communication style, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization
* Strong ability to drive impact and influence change across departments
* Exceptional organizational rigor and deadline management, thriving under pressure in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
* Team player mindset with collaborative approach to meeting collective deadlines and shared objectives
* Analytical mindset with proven ability to work effectively in multinational, matrix environments
Education:
* Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Languages:
* Professional working proficiency in English with strong written and oral communication skills
* French language knowledge is a plus

The salary range for this position is :EUR76 000,00 - EUR101 333
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs
