ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Partner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Managing the full-cycle recruitment processes,
* Understanding the company's goals,
* Defining a process tailored to different needs and profiles,
* Actively participating in HR-related events (meetups; job fairs),
* Ability to maintain an ongoing talent network for future opportunities,
* Managing information between different stakeholders,
* Contribute to the creation/updating of knowledge articles,
* Contribute to actions to improve the quality of services by identifying and reporting on possible areas of improvement related to the service's activity.

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications

* You have a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or psychology,
* At least, 2 years of experience as a recruiter or a first internship in the IT field,
* Good level of English (at least C1 level),
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
* Multitasking and different interviewing methodologies skills,
* Driven by team spirit.
