Job Description:

We are looking for a Public Cloud Ops Administrator to join our Public Cloud Operations team and play a key role in building, automating, and operating our multi-cloud platforms.This role combines strong hands-on technical expertise with a collaborative mindset, ensuring our cloud environments are reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with modern operational best practices.
As a member of the team, you will drive automation initiatives, design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and strengthen our Linux-based and cloud-native platforms. You will also contribute to team growth by sharing knowledge, promoting best practices, and supporting an automation-first and reliability-driven culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Public Cloud Operations
* Operate and support public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP or equivalent), including monitoring, troubleshooting, cost awareness, and day-to-day operational excellence.
* Ensure platform reliability, availability, and security in production environments.
Automation & CI/CD
* Design, implement, and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments, testing, and infrastructure provisioning.
* Promote automation to reduce manual operations and improve delivery speed and reliability.
Infrastructure as Code
* Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and other automation tools to ensure consistency, traceability, and repeatability.
Cloud-Native Operations
* Deploy, operate, and optimize containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes in public cloud environments.
* Support cloud-native patterns and platform integrations.
Linux Administration
* Administer and optimize Linux systems (Ubuntu, CentOS/RHEL) with strong expertise in networking, storage, and virtualization.
* Perform performance analysis, troubleshooting, and system hardening.
On-Call Support
* Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure timely response to critical production incidents and service availability.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
* Actively contribute to team discussions, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
* Support peers and help promote DevOps and SRE best practices across the organization.

Qualifications:

* Experience operating public cloud environments in production
* Solid background in Linux system administration and low-level performance troubleshooting
* Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)
* Good understanding of networking concepts such as overlays, load balancing, and virtual networking
* Interest in cloud platform architecture, reliability, and operational excellence
* Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments is a plus
* Strong collaboration and communication skills in an international team environment
* Proactive mindset, with a strong focus on automation, reliability, and continuous improvement
* Good written and spoken English
