This is a senior individual contributor role, accountable for the end-to-end insights strategy for the Pharmacare and Dermatology portfolio and a key partner to senior franchise leadership
Job description
* Independently contribute to external business development opportunities evaluation, pipeline and in line product market insights
* Lead and prioritize the Pharmacare/Dermatology insights project portfolio and data strategy, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact recommendations
* Lead the evaluation of external business development opportunities and provide market insights for early pipeline and in-line products
* Be a thought leader and strategic partner for marketing teams and senior franchise leaders
* Partner with marketing, finance, medical and other departments within Pierre Fabre
* Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of insights
* Coordinate with the business analyst dedicated to the related therapeutic area
Key responsibilities
Business collaboration & Influence
* Provide strategic thought and input to business unit leads and functional stakeholders
* Influence senior stakeholders by framing key business questions, challenging plans, and articulating clear, insight-driven recommendations
* Formulate actionable recommendations for functional teams leveraging generated insights
Team Leadership and Project management:
* Contribute to developing the business insights team by sharing best practices, mentoring junior team members, and elevating standards
* Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities in planning and performance processes
* Structure and process the insight generation to support early pipeline and business development decisions
Strategic Insights generation
* Develop and communicate actionable insights to inform product launches and in-line indication strategies across key markets
* Synthesize diverse data sources to guide decision making and highlight strategic options and risks for senior decision-makers
* Conduct market research to gain a deep understanding of the treatment landscape and patient needs
* Design and facilitate ideation and gap-analysis workshops with brand teams to frame key business questions and define the most relevant analytical and research approaches
* Anticipate competitor strategies
Analytics and performance management
* Oversee the development of revenue forecasts, KPIs and integrated cross-functional dashboards for product performance reports ensuring alignment with Franchise and key countries
* Track KPIs impacting commercial forecast and explain performance deviations
* Align with key countries on their performance results and forecast
Who you are ?
Qualifications
* 6+ years in consulting or marketing insights, ideally in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., sciences, business, healthcare)
* Ability to work in both French & English
* Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and dermatology market dynamics and treatment landscapes
* Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and challenging strategic assumptions
* Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, concise narratives and strategic recommendations
* Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

* Reports to the Head of Market Insights within the Strategy and Market Insights (SMI) department
