About the job
The holder of the position will be responsible for the development and management of a specific geographical area, mainly public hospital & private clinics in order to maximize the penetration of Nutricia Paediatric portfolio.
Responsibilities and duties
* Key Account (hospital) Management including all relevant stakeholders (HCPs, Procurement etc.)
* Detail HCPs with the appropriate level of scientific and commercial argumentation
* KOL management
* Excellent knowledge for Paediatric Medical Nutrition- Therapeutic areas.
* Propose, analyze and follow up Key Account plans
* Competitor awareness and activity monitoring
* Ensure that all activities are aligned with business ethics and Company’s commitments
Academic and trade qualifications
* Ideally, 2 years’ experience in similar position- Hospital sales, Medical Nutrition
* University degree
* Fluent in Greek & English
* Understanding of scientific terms and studies
Work experience and skills
* Drive for results, high level of initiative & autonomy
* Team player with group facilitation skills
* Problem solving capabilities & agility
