The role of Retention Specialist is offered as a one-year fixed-term contract.

Your 'day to day' tasks:
* Support the development and execution of retention strategies aligned with business objectives and consumer lifecycle stages.
* Analyze consumer behavior and campaign performance to generate actionable insights.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Commercial Planning, Digital, Consumer Experience) to ensure seamless execution of retention programs.
* Monitor KPIs such as retention rate, reactivation rate, and upgrade conversion, and propose optimizations.
* Assist in preparing internal presentations showcasing retention impact
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loyalty and retention.

Who we're looking for:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
* 2-3 years of experience in CRM, loyalty, or retention programs.
* Experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, or subscription-based services preferred.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, CRM platforms).
* Familiarity with segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
* Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)
