Responsibilities
About our role:
* Achieve assigned execution objectives, designing, and implementing a specific action plan per assigned point of sale of Away From Home
* Execute subscribed commercial and promotional agreements with clients in POS: product references
* Detect and taking advantage of POS appointed opportunities aiming to improve merchandising and product exposition.
* Grow the AFH Business through influential stakeholder management on the field
* Develop our product portfolio through generating demand for some of the most loved brands across the Globe
Qualifications
We'll teach you what you need to know, but we do have a few minimum requirements:
* Effective Communication & Confidence in challenging the status quo
* Build Win-Win Relationships & Be a Trustworthy partner
* Act as owner & Identify new Sales Opportunities
* Learning Agility
* Dealing with ambiguity
* Agility/Resilience
* Innovative thinking
* Critical thinking
* Analytical/Numerical Skills - Utilise Data to generate Sales
* Strong passion for sales
* Typically has a Bachelor's Degree in any field (Must Have)
* A minimum of 1-2 years of successful Sales and/or Consumer Goods experience preferred.
* Industry Knowledge preferred
* English linguistic skills
