Overview 2D MOTION DESIGNER & ON-SET EDITOR Join our Production & Post-Production team and become the technical bridge between on-set production and post-production. We are looking for a 2D Motion Designer & On-Set Editor who enjoys both the technical and creative side of content production. In this role, you'll support productions from shooting through final delivery, managing footage, creating dailies and proxies, handling format conversions, and contributing motion graphics and editing for digital and social content. What will you do? Create and manage dailies and proxy files during productions Organize, sync and prepare footage for editing workflows Build and maintain timelines in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve Perform frame rate, format and codec conversions Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with delivery specifications Prepare final exports for broadcast, digital and social platforms Create titles, lower-thirds and simple 2D motion graphics in After Effects Support fast-turnaround social and digital content editing Collaborate closely with producers, editors, cinematographers and post-production teams Help maintain efficient media management and workflow processes What are we looking for? 3+ years of experience in video editing, post-production or on-set editorial support Hands-on experience with dailies, proxies and media workflows Experience working on set or supporting production shoots Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve Experience with Adobe After Effects and 2D motion graphics Understanding of frame rates, codecs, media formats and technical delivery requirements Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work calmly and accurately under tight deadlines Nice to have Experience with broadcast or OTT platform deliveries Understanding of colour workflows and conforming processes Previous agency, production company or studio experience Why join us?
