Key Account Manager
(Full-time, Location: Hungary, Budapest)

YOUR responsibilities as a Key Account Manager will include (but not limited to):
* Establish and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with Modern Trade customers at the national level
* Understand customer strategies, needs, and opportunities to create strong links between Danone and customer goals
* Conduct regular business meetings and negotiations to foster trust and long-term collaboration
* Develop and execute yearly retailer strategy and action plans to reach sales targets
* Negotiate trade terms, pricing, and contractual agreements in line with company objectives
* Plan and execute yearly promotional plans in alignment with PRGM inputs
* Analyze sell-out data and market insights to identify business opportunities and risks
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction

We are looking for a Key Account Manager with the following profile:
* University (Bachelor’s or Master’s) degree in Business or Economics
* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the FMCG industry (must-have)
* Experience with fresh product categories is a strong advantage
* Proven track record in independently managing annual negotiations with retail partners
* Strong analytical mindset, enjoys working with data and identifying actionable insights
* Confident Excel user with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Proactive and result-driven personality with a strategic mindset
* Fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written)
* Valid Category B driving license
