What awaits you?

The Direct Sales Implementation Project Specialist position includes a dual role: initially serving as a Business Support Coordinator for approximately one year during the project phase, followed by a Project Lead role focusing on system implementation and direct sales topics.

As Business Support Coordinator you will be responsible for:

* Introducing new system functionalities

* Attending coordination meetings and conducting demos

* Performing translations and validating legal texts

* Supporting testing activities

* Monitoring KPIs and defining action plans if necessary

* Managing tickets and supervising processes

* Communicating with dealers

* Coordinating with regional project leaders and participating in weekly meetings

As Project Lead you will be responsible for:

* Supporting system implementation related to CRM and sales systems

* Gathering requirements, preparing and executing tests

* Performing necessary activities for the go-live phase

* Participating in trainings and related meetings with internal and regional central teams

Expectations

* Degree in Business, Informatics (IT), or equivalent education or professional experience

* Minimum 2 years of work experience in system implementation or business analysis

* Knowledge of Salesforce and CRM systems is an advantage

* Strong project management skills to steer projects in an international environment

* Conceptual thinking with the ability to connect given targets to operational necessities

* Fluent in English and in Hungarian (German is an asset)

* Team player with a hands-on, self-driven attitude and excellent communication skills
