To support this mission, we are looking for a recently qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Financial Compliance team as a Management Trainee in Pune. This is an entry-level role designed to build foundational expertise in compliance, statutory reporting, and regulatory frameworks within a global organization.

Accountabilities:

* Support the team in ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations and statutory requirements
* Help monitor internal controls and flag potential compliance risks
* Conduct research on evolving regulatory standards and summarize implications for the business

Profil requis du candidat:

* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
* Awareness of global financial compliance frameworks (IFRS, SOX, regulations)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
* Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
* Familiarity with internal controls frameworks (e.g., SOX, COSO)
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, global environment
