Location: Dublin or commutable, with travel across Ireland and Northern Ireland

Reports to: Health and Safety Director, Live Nation UK & Ireland
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

As a Health and Safety Advisor, you'll play a key part in bringing Live Nation's safety strategy to life across our Irish operations. You'll help shape, implement, and maintain our health and safety management system-supporting venues, festivals, concerts, touring productions, and core business functions like ticketing.

Your work will span everything from developing policies and risk assessments to monitoring performance, advising on compliance, and helping teams embed a strong, positive safety culture. You'll be a trusted partner to operational teams and leadership, ensuring our events are not only unforgettable but safe for everyone involved.

Who You Are
Essential Experience & Skills
* Member of a relevant professional body and/or NEBOSH National General Certificate (or equivalent)
* Experience in the entertainment, leisure, or service industries-such as music, events, hospitality, or theatre
* Strong understanding of health and safety, fire safety, and food safety legislation within the events and entertainment sector
* Ability to work with dutyholders to set policy, agree performance targets, and support compliance initiatives
* Experience developing and applying incident and emergency management processes, with an eye for preventing recurrence
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable engaging with regulators and enforcement bodies

Desirable
* A full driving licence is helpful for travel to remote sites

What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the rollout of a best-in-class health and safety management system across the organisation
* Helping develop and maintain risk assessment processes and identifying related training needs
* Providing practical, operational safety guidance to venues, events, festivals, concerts, and touring productions
* Coaching and mentoring teams to strengthen safety knowledge and behaviours
* Helping build engaged safety communities and contributing to a positive safety culture
* Assisting with the development, interpretation, and reporting of key safety metrics
* Administering safety audit programmes across business units
* Working with external safety consultants on specialist compliance projects
* Monitoring upcoming legislation and guidance to ensure the business stays ahead of requirements
