We are now looking for a dynamic and visionary Country Manager to lead KONE's operations in Iceland. In this key leadership role, you will drive sustainable growth, strengthen customer excellence, and build high-performing teams.

About the Role
As Country Manager for KONE Iceland, you will have full P&L responsibility and lead a diverse team spanning Sales, Modernization and Maintenance business. You will represent KONE in the Icelandic market, nurture strong customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence while fostering a culture of safety, integrity, and innovation.

The role reports to Richard Huber, Regional Director for Norway, Denmark, and Iceland, and you will be part of the regional leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the Icelandic organization, ensuring high engagement, safety, and performance.
* Drive profitable growth across all business lines and oversee overall P&L.
* Strengthen customer relationships and expand KONE's presence in the Icelandic market.
* Ensure operational excellence with a strong focus on quality, safety, and service delivery.
* Build, coach, and develop both management teams and future talent.
* Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making.
* Uphold KONE's values, compliance standards, and sustainability commitments.

What We're Looking For
* Proven leadership experience as a General Manager, or in another senior business leadership role.
* Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in driving P&L performance.
* Experience from technical services, construction, industrial sectors, or similar environments is an advantage.
* Ability to build high-performing teams and lead through change.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational understanding.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in Icelandic is an advantage
