FIRENZE CLIENT ADVISORS OFFICINA SANTA MARIA NOVELLA

SALARY: £30,000 to £34,000 per year depending on experience plus company benefits

360 Talent London is partnering with a prestigious luxury heritage house Officina Profumo Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella to strengthen the team within its flagship boutique in Milan.

We are looking for experienced Client Advisors with a strong background in luxury retail, who are confident in delivering an elevated and personalised client experience across all product categories.

The ideal candidate will bring excellent clienteling skills, a natural ability to build long term relationships, and a passion for storytelling through product and service.

Key requirements

- Strong experience within luxury retail environments
- Proven ability in clienteling and relationship building
- Confident delivering a personalised and elevated service
- Passion for heritage, fragrance, beauty and lifestyle products
- Strong team spirit and ability to lead by example in store
