Selection communication & design is part of Perfetti Van Melle - a global confectionary company and makers of global product brands.
We are currently seeking for a Creative Designer, for our Design Department based in Milan.

Duties and responsabilities:

* Works with Creative Team for developing innovative concepts and designs,

* Create design idea,
* Active partecipant in strategic planning and conceptual brainstorming,
* Manage "creative proposals" including logos and other visuals
* Present concept and ideas to Designer Team.

Qualifications

* Experience Working with graphics software (i.e. Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator),
* Bachelor Degree,
* 2 years of experience working with graphics software,
* Flexibility to work both indipendently and in a team,
* Creative thinking, and design skills,
* Good communication skills,
* Artistic knowledge and Design teory background,
* Fluent in English.
