Proven experience in supplier quality, quality assurance, or packaging development, preferably within the luxury goods, cosmetics, or fragrance industry. Strong understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control techniques in various industries Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP). Experience with supplier auditing and managing non-conformances and CAPA activities. Excellent attention to detail and strong ability to work in teams and in collaboration with external partners Willing to travel frequently (80% of the time at supplier sites -North/Center Italy) Fluent in English
