Proven experience in end-to-end campaign management, from strategy development to hands-on execution and optimization. Strong working knowledge of marketing and analytics tools and technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, affiliate marketing platforms, tag management systems). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations Experience within the beauty, luxury, or FMCG, particularly with eCommerce/DTC brands and direct contact with Media agency and with US/APAC markets would be considered a plus Strong aptitude for analytics and a natural affinity for numbers, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics Collaborative and communicative approach with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English is crucial
