Job Description:
The role is requested to analyze selected processes and provide appropriate support for QS improvement initiatives execution.

Main activities and key accountabilities are:

Analysis of selected processes, informatic tools and data to:
* Assess process performance
* Identify and share process critical areas
* Propose process improvement opportunities
Support to Project management activities of single improvement initiatives within Quality System, focusing on:
* Requirements collection and harmonization
* Business requirements definition for new process/digital tools within QS functions
* Coordination among different stakeholders
* Planning and monitoring of activities/ performance
Project status presentation to colleagues from different Functions and different levels.

Requirements:
* Master's degree in a STEM discipline
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
* Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
* Upper-intermediate to advanced knowledge of the English language (B2/C1 level)
