OOH Specialist

At dentsu we're looking for an OOH Specialist, to join our team in Milan.
The purpose of this role is to provide support to the team, taking ownership of administrative and operational tasks while actively managing day-to-day planning activities on key accounts. The Consultant ensures campaigns run smoothly and according to plan, leveraging strong market knowledge and client-focused strategies.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage day-to-day planning on key client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
* Build and develop strong relationships with media owners to drive market-leading planning and secure the best opportunities for clients.
* Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee campaigns go live on time, applying best practices and adhering to Service Level Agreements.
* Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
* Use commercial insight and trading priorities to guide investment towards the most appropriate partners and maximize value.
* Prepare and consolidate campaign reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
* Stay updated on OOH industry trends and innovations, contributing to continuous improvement of planning and workflow tools.

Requirements
* Degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
* Previous experience in media planning or buying, ideally with exposure to OOH campaigns.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with planning tools is a plus.
* Fluent in English; Italian is a strong advantage.
