Scopo:
Eseguire le attività necessarie per il corretto funzionamento degli edifici di pertinenza, per la cura e stabulazione degli animali, per i test e le attività ad essi correlati, in conformità con i sistemi di Qualità in vigore nel dipartimento ARC, nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali (LSOP/WKI), delle disposizioni di legge e delle Norme di Sicurezza.

Principali responsabilità:
- Gestisce il magazzino di reparto ovvero effettua carico scarico dei materiali, consegna materiali richiesti e collabora alle richieste di acquisto del materiali necessari.
- Provvede a tutte le operazioni di osservazione giornaliera e cura degli animali durante tutta la durata della loro stabulazione presso gli stabulari GSK-Siena garantendo lo svolgimento delle attività routinarie in tutti i giorni dell'anno attraverso gli interventi previsti e in accordo alle procedure specifiche in vigore.
- Esegue i test in vivo utilizzando le strumentazioni necessarie, inclusa la ricezione e il controllo fisico/clinico degli animali e della documentazione al loro arrivo, l'eventuale preparazione delle dosi da somministrare dei vari prodotti e soluzioni, nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali (LSOP/WKI), delle disposizioni di legge e delle norme di sicurezza.
- Garantisce la corretta tracciabilità degli esperimenti eseguiti attraverso il sistema informatico gestionale del laboratorio e i documenti cartacei.
- Monitora il corretto funzionamento delle attrezzature di reparto, segnalando la necessità di eventuali interventi di manutenzione e fornisce supporto nell'identificazione degli user requirements per le nuove attrezzature da acquistare, provvedendo inoltre al corretto mantenimento degli ambienti tramite la pulizia, il controllo del parametri ambientali e il corretto svolgimento del programma di monitoraggio sanitario come definito dalle procedure aziendali.
- Contribuisce alla scrittura e revisione delle procedure di reparto ed esegue i relativi training nei tempi indicati.
- Attua ed osserva le disposizioni impartite dal datore di lavoro in materia di salute, sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro ed ambiente nella propria area di competenza, rispettando le norme previste da D. lgs 81/2008, 152/06 ed EHS&S Standards Corporate; in particolare utilizzare correttamanente i dispositivi di protezione individuali, le attrezzature di lavoro e segnalare al proprio superiore ogni rischio imprevisto per assumere le azioni opportune.

Basic Qualifications & Skills
Siamo alla ricerca di persone con le seguenti competenze per raggiungere i nostri obiettivi:
* Diploma o Laurea in area scientifica / biologica e gradita esperienza nel settore farmaceutico o laboratori medico-sanitari.
* Buona conoscenza dei sistemi informatici.
* Corso di formazione in Scienza degli animali da laboratorio accreditato dal Ministero della salute per il rilascio dell'attestato di formazione per ricoprire le funzioni a, c, d in accordo all'Art. 23 comma 2 del D. Lgs. 26/2014.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Le seguenti caratteristiche saranno considerate un plus:
* Buona conoscenza dell'inglese parlato e scritto
* Capacità di lavoro di gruppo

Orario: a giornata, con reperibilità su turni nel fine settimana.
