We are currently looking for an After Sales Specialist, as part of our dynamic team based in Milan.

Activities:
* Gestione operativa end-to-end delle riparazioni cliente, assicurando il rispetto dei livelli di servizio;
* Registrazione delle riparazioni in ingresso;
* Formulazione dei preventivi post CQ o avanzamento verso i laboratori secondo le policy After Sales;
* Invio delle riparazioni ai laboratori/ punti vendita e gestione del rientro sui diversi sistemi;
* Gestione dei flussi operativi e dei rapporti con i laboratori di riparazione esterni;
* Supporto e chiarimenti durante il processo di riparazione;
* Supporto operativo e formazione alle subsidiaries, al fine di garantire coerenza dei processi e standard di servizio (In particolare, sull'utilizzo del sistema Salesforce per le subsidiary locali (USA, Messico, Giappone, APAC);
* Analisi tecnica delle riparazioni e monitoraggio delle performance di prodotto, con focus sulle nuove collezioni.

Who you are:
* Previous experience within an After Sales department is appreciated;
* Problem solving, analytics and communication skills;
* Fluent in Italian and English;
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel;
* Experience in Stealth ERP and Salesforce applications is a plus.

Gross Annual Salary: Starting from 27.000 EUR (unless otherwise agreed, in the event of a positive outcome of the selection process, specific levels of experience and autonomy and/or particular competencies emerge during the selection process, based on objective criteria).
NCBA (National Collective Bargaining Agreement): National Contract per gli Addetti del Settore Orafo, Argentiero e della Gioielleria (unique alphanumeric code: C021)
Bonuses and Commissions: Annual Variable Bonus in Accordance with the Applicable Company Supplemental Collective Agreement
