🤖 Experience, knowledge & skills 🤖
* Extensive experience in a role that deals with system and solution design & significant programming experience, ideally with several programming languages and platforms
* Experience in working with Cloud platforms, e.g., Azure, AWS, and GCP
* Up-to-date knowledge of good software development practices and architectural patterns, ability to evaluate and apply those that are suitable for the specific situation: project, team, tech stack, business area
* Ability to compare various architectural and technical solutions and make decisions based on experience and evidence
* Ability to collaborate with people from multiple teams, departments, and legal entities with different technical focuses and understanding
* Experience in mentoring others
* Good presentation and solid argumentation skills
👩‍💻 What you will be doing 👨‍💻
* Act as a go-to person for technical advice
* Work on new and existing IT solutions
* Effectively collaborate with software development teams and business to design and implement suitable software solutions
* Provide mentorship to the development team, participate in code reviews, and pair programming to ensure that architectural principles and best practices are followed
* Collaborate with development teams or work individually to build prototypes or proof-of-concept implementations to validate technical feasibility.
* Collaboratively identify and address technical risks early in the development process, and identify already existing technical debt.
* Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing insights with colleagues, and advocating for the adoption of relevant innovations.
* Encourage and take part in the creation of lightweight and effective documentation
