About the job
We are looking for a Demand & Supply Manager to manage demand forecasting and supply planning across the Nordics & Baltics. In this role, you will drive forecast accuracy, service level performance, and cross-functional collaboration using strong analytical insight and effective communication skills. You will work proactively to identify risks and opportunities, support decision-making, and continuously improve planning processes.
Location: Riga, Latvia or Solna, Sweden
Role Requirements
* Lead the monthly forecasting process with sales input and ensure alignment with financial forecasting across horizons
* Active participation in supply & sourcing meetings
* Ensure transparency of demand planning activities (innovations, promotions, etc.) and underlying assumptions
* Manage risk and opportunity reporting, and make trade-off decisions
* Provide root cause analysis and action plans where improvements or learnings are identified
* Work in a structured, analytical way to secure targets for service level, forecast accuracy, bias, inventory, and waste budget
* Aggregate and share data analysis and executive summaries with stakeholders
About You
* Strong background in Demand and/or Supply Planning preferably within FMCG
* Previous experience or good understanding of an S&OP process
* Experienced in analytical and collaborative scenario modeling
* Highly analytical and detail-oriented with a critical mindset
* Comfortable translating complex analyses into clear executive summaries and key takeaways
* Strong communication skills to drive discussions forward
* Proactive, self-driven, and takes ownership
* Comfortable working cross-functionally and challenging constructively
* English required
