Job Description

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual to join us as an (Associate) Legal Counsel 50% (m/f/d), starting immediately or by mutual agreement.

Your Responsibilities
* Providing legal advice to LGT Bank AG and other group companies on international matters
* Clarifying all legal issues
* Drafting and reviewing contracts
* Acting as an interface to external lawyers and authorities
* Participating in cross-departmental projects to further develop Private Banking

Requirements

* Completed law degree, additional bar admission is an advantage
* Professional experience, ideally in the financial industry
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
* Very good user skills in Microsoft Office programs
* High work quality, as well as a reliable, independent, and structured working style
* Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner
