Job Description

In this responsible position, you will take on a variety of tasks in the field of payments and contribute to the timely and smooth execution of our processes.

Your Responsibilities

* Processing outgoing payment instructions in Avaloq
* Ensuring the timely and accurate handling of all payment transactions
* Managing standing orders and payment templates
* Acting as a contact person for general questions related to payments
* Supporting the optimization and further development of our payment processes

Requirements

* Completed commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification
* Knowledge of payment processing is an advantage, but not a requirement
* Communicative, flexible, and team-oriented personality
* Independent, precise, and responsible way of working
* High level of self-motivation and willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
* Very good written and spoken German and English

The position is fixed-term until December 31, 2026. Subject to business needs, the role may be converted into a permanent position.
