Marketing Activation Manager Lithuania

Essity's business unit Health and Medical is selling incontinence products under brand TENA, and Medical products under brands like JOBST, Leukoplast, Actimove and others. We are now looking for a confident, self-motivated and result-oriented person for the position of Marketing Activation Manager for Health and Medical in Lithuania.

About the role

A Marketing Activation Manager is responsible for driving the execution of marketing strategies to ensure strong brand presence and business growth in the Lithuanian market. The role includes translating global strategies into effective local activation plans, supporting product launches and ensuring consistent communication across all relevant channels.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing activities. A key part of the role is close collaboration with the local sales team - working together on planning, prioritization and strategic thinking to ensure alignment between marketing and sales activities and to maximize commercial impact.

What will you do

* Develop and execute local activation plans aligned with business priorities and growth targets;
* Drive and coordinate product launches and campaign execution in the market;
* Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify opportunities;
* Localize global toolkits and develop locally relevant marketing materials;
* Manage and monitor marketing budget (A&P) and activity performance;
* Plan and execute media and digital activities (SEO, SEM, social media, content);
* Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and commercial activities, including joint planning and prioritization;
* Plan and implement events, training and educational initiatives across relevant channels.
* Drive marketing operation and sales & customer service support around assigned brands/products/service areas.

Who are you

* You have experience in marketing, activation or brand management (at least 3 years);
* Strong project management and organizational skills;
* Strategic mindset with the ability to translate plans into execution;
* Excellent Lithuanian language skills for creative texts (ads, articles), web text editing, etc.
* Fluent English language skills;
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in cross-functional teams;
* Analytical and structured approach with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
* Experience in healthcare or pharma is considered an advantage.
