About the Role:

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Revenue & Trade Manager you shape how our commercial choices create value across markets. Based in Luxembourg, you join Ferrero's Corporate Function to connect central expertise with local realities across Area and Regions, with a specific focus on Europe. Your mission is to turn pricing, revenue, and route-to-market strategies into actions that work in real markets. Every day, you collaborate, listen, and guide-helping teams grow capabilities, craft better decisions, and deliver impact for customers and consumers.

Main Responsibilities:

You lead the bridge between central teams and markets, ensuring ideas travel both ways and land with purpose. You implement Revenue and Trade Management initiatives with Areas and Regions, adapting central methodologies to local priorities and shaping convergence plans.

* You connect closely with markets to follow pricing and revenue maneuvers, share insights promptly, and support projects guided by central Pricing & Revenue Management.

* You drive commercial policy adoption, identify capability gaps, and facilitate community learning and best-practice sharing.

* You support international customers by analyzing performance across the 3Win dimensions, proposing clear insights, and acting as a sparring partner to channel teams.

About You:

You bring a solid story of delivering commercial impact across markets and cultures. You enjoy translating strategy into action and helping others succeed.

* You bring experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Trade Marketing, or Route-to-Market roles within international environments.

* You can analyze performance, synthesize insights, and guide decisions with clarity and confidence

* You communicate simply and directly, build trust across teams, and enjoy shaping solutions together while you grow your own expertise.
