We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting, and the ability to lead and communicate effectively. This role requires experience in managing ERP systems such as SAP and AS400, as well as familiarity with SQL and Power BI.
Activities:
* Support on RNF (GR/IR) clean up with plant, follow up action plans and deploy IT solutions to avoid Financial risks.
* Drive Excess and Obsolete inventory controlling improvements.
* Drive Financial margin visibility per product line.
* Lead costing improvements for the plant (Core references, Fab Routings)
* Support actions to improve internal controls and compliance in the plant.
* DFL reporting transformation.
* SAP preparation for MAPICS to SAP W4 migration in 2027.
* Freight cost controlling, analysis and support for the Rojo Gomez plant.
* Direct Labor Productivity support and analysis.
* Support various Internal and External Audit requests throughout the year.
* Support the Capital Expenditure process of the plant through strong business partnership
* Business Partnering opportunities to support various teams and functions in the plant
* Validation of financial impact from Productivity projects in the plant
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize the ERP systems (SAP and AS400) to ensure efficient financial operations.
* Utilize SQL and Power BI for data analysis and reporting to support financial decision-making.
* Conduct thorough financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and reporting.
* Lead finance-related projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
* Communicate financial insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
* Maintain accounting proficiency to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Proven experience with ERP systems.
* Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
