Talent Acquisition Support Analyst

This role plays a key part in enabling efficient, compliant, and high-quality hiring outcomes across Latin America by providing operational and administrative support to the recruiting team. As a TALENT ACQUISITION SUPPORT ANALYST, you will contribute to a smooth end-to-end recruitment experience by supporting requisition management, candidate data integrity, and internal coordination.

You will be part of a collaborative, high-performance talent acquisition team with regional scope, partnering closely with Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators. The role is located in Querétaro and offers exposure to multiple countries and recruitment processes, opportunities to strengthen operational excellence, and the chance to make a direct impact on how talent joins the organization. Location and work modality will be confirmed prior to posting.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

* Recruitment Operations Support - Provide back-end support to Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators across active requisitions, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

* Applicant Tracking System Management - Open requisitions, maintain candidate records, and ensure data integrity within the recruiting system.

* Interview and Process Coordination - Schedule interviews and manage administrative activities that support the strategic recruitment plan for assigned functions.

* Compliance and Reporting - Monitor adherence to recruitment policies, escalate issues when needed, and prepare ad hoc recruiting reports and metrics.

* Administrative and Financial Activities - Manage case management tickets, recruitment mailboxes, background check administration, invoices, and candidate expense reports.

We're Looking for Someone With

* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, or administrative support.

* Strong English speaking and comprehension skills.

* Experience supporting recruitment activities across different countries or regions.

* Working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Canva or graphic design tools.
