Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Responsible for the preparation and oversight of bank reconciliations across LATAM, ensuring compliance with PepsiCo policies and established service level agreements (SLAs).
Monitor and ensure compliance with bank reconciliation requirements under SOX regulations, including the execution of monthly controls.
Your Impact as a Bank Reconciliation Analyst
* Responsible for the preparation and oversight of bank reconciliations, ensuring the correct application of reconciliation criteria, accurate recording of bank balances, and posting of journal entries in SAP in accordance with established policies and SLAs.
* Analyze, prepare, and present the Cash balance sheet account (BSR) to LG1+ leadership.
* Identify outstanding items and ensure effective and timely follow-up with key stakeholders.
* Drive process automation initiatives through the creation and execution of Macros, RPA, RDA solutions, and the use of Copilot and other AI tools.
* Analyze and interpret reports for senior leadership, including aging reports, statistics, KPIs, dashboards, monitoring reports, and scorecards.
* Monitor compliance with SOX requirements and ensure the timely completion of all related monthly deliverables.
* Execute month-end close activities and deliverables, proactively addressing critical issues as they arise.
* Demonstrate strong leadership presence in key stakeholder meetings to align, identify, and resolve issues with stakeholders.
* Continuously elevate customer service standards through seniority, quality delivery, and accountability.
* Support internal and external audit activities and requests.
* Collaborate closely with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Payroll, Sales, Central Collections, Operations, and Financial Reporting teams.
Qualifications
Who We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Accounting functions.
* Conversational English proficiency.
* Advanced Excel skills, including strong knowledge of Macros.
* Preferred experience with SAP, S/4HANA, and Power BI.
* Valid passport is preferred.
