Are you passionate about financial analysis, cost optimization, and transforming data into strategic business insights? We are looking for a Cost Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting the financial and operational performance of our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze and interpret financial information to support business decision-making.

* Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and management reports.

* Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

* Monitor and analyze cost centers, production variances, and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).

* Assist with month-end financial close activities.

* Partner with Operations and Engineering teams on cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives.

* Support CAPEX analysis, investment tracking, and asset capitalization activities.

* Monitor business KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency.

* Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal control requirements.

Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
✔ Experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, manufacturing finance, or related areas.
✔ Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and internal controls.
✔ Knowledge of costing methodologies and manufacturing cost analysis.
✔ Experience with SAP (desible) and financial reporting/data analytics tools.
✔ Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Intermediate English is required.
