At Danone, we're looking for a Portfolio Strategy & Pipeline Lead to connect business priorities with our IT & Data portfolio across the Americas region. In this role, you will ensure strategic initiatives are aligned, prioritized, and ready to move from idea to execution, creating visibility and value across the organization.

What You'll Do
* Lead the alignment between annual business priorities (AOP) and the IT & Data portfolio.
* Manage the portfolio pipeline from ideation through approval readiness, ensuring clear prioritization and visibility.
* Partner with Business Partners, Product Teams, Finance, and key stakeholders to shape and refine initiatives before formal governance reviews.
* Support investment planning and prioritization decisions by balancing business value, funding availability, and execution feasibility.
* Guide teams in preparing high-quality business cases and improving initiative readiness.
* Contribute to cross-functional strategic programs, driving alignment, transparency, and portfolio visibility across the region.

* Strong portfolio, demand, or strategic planning capabilities, with the ability to assess priorities, value, funding considerations, and execution feasibility.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage Business Partners, Product Teams, Finance, and senior leaders across multiple markets. 
* Analytical and structured problem solver who can translate complexity into actionable insights, clear priorities, and informed decisions.
* Strong business and financial acumen, including an understanding of business cases, investment planning, governance processes, and portfolio decision-making. 
* Comfortable working in evolving environments, balancing multiple priorities, and adapting quickly as business needs and strategic directions change.
