You will be part of one of Cisco's fastest-growing, disruptive, and innovative sales teams and the talent engine for Cisco Sales. We serve our customer's life cycle through a series of selling motions to drive higher value and an optimal experience from Cisco solutions.

The Global Virtual Sales and Engineering (GVSE) team is a dynamic and multicultural team that consistently delivers technology sales, contributing to profitable growth. We are accountable for the entire SMB and Mid-Market segment globally. We connect Cisco customers with solutions that can transform their businesses and change the world for the better. You will significantly impact how customers are driving value from these solutions and technology offers.

Your Impact
* Become a trusted technology advisor to the customer and the Cisco account team.
* Leverage an array of Cisco technology, services, and support specialists when necessary.
* Collaborate closely with iAEs in account planning activities.
* Educate the customer on Cisco differentiation, creating demand.
* Work with key partners to scale and set a brand preference to Cisco.
* Align Cisco's product and services capabilities to customers business drivers.
Minimum Qualifications
* Translates customer and partner business needs into technical requirements.
* Knowledge of Cisco's Solutions and networking fundamentals.
* Passion for learning technology and applying knowledge to help customers be successful.
* Collaborative team player that is flexible in adapting to rapid change.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and strong presentation skills.
* Bachelor's degree in physical sciences, engineering, economics or mathematics or equivalent.
* 1+ years of industry-related experience.
* Cisco product experience or relevant experience in key competitor offerings in technology area of emphasis is required.
Preferred Qualifications
* CCNA, CCNP, CCIE or similar vendor certification preferred.
* Customer intimacy skills.
* Pre-sales experience preferred.
* Knowledge about the market, competition including solution, technology and offerings.
