Job Description:

Core responsibility of this position is to create new part numbers in SAP. Requested model codes and specifications need to be reviewed, with any questions directed back to sales representatives. Database and engineering skills are needed to research similar parts for reference when creating a new entry. Once a part number is established, engineering will pick up the next tasks. Coordination with engineering, sales, and logistics will be key to success in this role. Ownership of product configurator tools, and contributing to their development is expected.
Responsibilities:
* Check and clarify orders for accuracy and completeness and coordinate various teams to get new part numbers quickly released and ready for order.
* Maintain part number technical data in SAP, including change requests and replacing deactivated part numbers
* Develop and maintain work instructions, and Excel files to track order numbers and part numbers created

Qualifications:

* Mechatronics, mechanical degree.
* Communcation skills
* Hydraulics understanding.
Knowledge
* SAP user
* Automation tool creation expertise
* Python, PowerBI, Automation Anywhere is desired
