Summary
A Day in the Life:
* Collect and analyze product portfolio and volume data to develop multi-scenario industrialization plans.
* Optimize plant utilization ratios and align production strategy with future vehicle families.
* Coordinate monthly reporting and invoicing for specialized services in compliance with labor regulations.
* Quota monthly reporting: allocation to each alliance member and usage report.
* Lead the Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) Model Year study for Nissan Mexico.
* Monitor vehicle emissions and fuel economy compliance against NOM-163-SEMARNAT.
* Coordinate countermeasures with Engineering, Product Planning, PMO, and Government Affairs when deviations are identified.
* Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups to foster innovation and increase organizational agility.
* Evaluate emerging technologies and business models that can enhance Nissan's competitiveness.
* Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Think Cell for executive decision-making.
* Integrate data from multiple sources to provide insights into strategic project performance and market trends.
* Support ad hoc strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects as assigned by the Sr. Manager Strategic Projects.

Who We're Looking for:
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Actuary, Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, or related discipline.
* Language: Advanced English proficiency
* Minimum 2 years of experience in strategic planning, industrial operations, or automotive sector.
* Knowledge of one or more of the following functions: Product Planning, Finance/Accounting, Program Management, Monozukuri Operations, Engineering.
* Strategic thinking
* High accountability and ownership
* Multi-project coordination and prioritization
* Proactive problem-solving and opportunity identification
* Leadership and negotiation in cross-cultural environments
* Excellent written and oral communication, networking.

Travel Required

Desirable:
* Master's degree or specialization in Strategic Planning, Innovation, or Public Policy.
* Experience in business intelligence tools.
