Job Description:

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Translates manufacturing, market dynamics, and business requirements into actionable strategies and tactics as they relate to bills of materials risk assessment/mitigation, inventory health/optimization, streamlined/reliable supply chain and the total cost to business.
* Coordinates and monitors the acquisition of materials in support of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs/projects and ramp readiness for seamless transition to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM). Works closely with suppliers to execute contractual requirements and discuss performance, cost opportunities, and future operational strategies.
* Works closely in collaboration with cross functional staff across project/program management, engineering, supply chain, including commodity professionals/purchasing and manufacturing teams, to define customer demand and early raw materials requirements, influence supplier and component selections, and drive planning and procurement activities at both product and cross product platform levels.
* Ensures that bills of materials integrity, materials availability, cost, and quality goals are set and successfully achieved.
* Provides assessments/status to stakeholders at multiple levels, establishes contingency and gap closure plans, and closely monitors program indicators.
* Analyzes data to develop and design solutions for complex processes.
* Participates in the development and improvement of systems and tools to drive efficiencies across the organization.
* Works with cross organizational teams to drive forward looking supply chain solutions.
* Manages suppliers to achieve on time delivery and cycle time performance, resolution of material escalations, Bills of Materials (BOM) cost benchmarking/optimization, Engineering Change Order (ECO) change closure, new site startup, and liability settlements.
* Ensures tight linkages to each business unit's production requirements to enable output maximization while balancing cost and inventory control.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial engineering, or similar.

2+ years of experience working with in:
* A technology or manufacturing company.
* Excel and Data Analytics,
* Automation/Process systemization (not specific but general tools such as Power BI, Python scripting).
* Logistic duties: ERP/MRP Knowledge (SAP), International Material purchasing, Import/Export requirements, Transportation Logistics.
* Advanced English level.

Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Mexico (The position is in Mexico, it is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship).

Preferred qualifications and behavioral traits, in addition to the minimum requirements:
* LEAN methodology knowledge.
* Project and stakeholder management.
* Experience with business process sharing, requirement gathering and specification, system design conversation with technical team.
* Familiar with AI Tools (Chat GPT, Copilot, etc.) or any scripting language will be a plus.
