Job Description:

Enable compliance of quality requirements of series productions and manufacturing processes by the use of Quality core tools, Problem Solving, Q-methodologies, applicable state of the art digital quality tools, following Bosch directives and procedures.
Education: B.S.in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronic, Electronic or equivalent Engineering degree.
Language (Written and oral): Advanced
* Substantial product and manufacturing process knowledge, APQP, PPAP, XFMEA, MSA, SPC, ISO TS 16949.
* Problem Solving Methods (8D, Fishbone, 5Why, 6Sigma/Shainin, ...)
* Customer Requirements.
* Moderation and communication/negotiation skills.
* Ability to build relationships across different regions (intercultural abilities).
* High level of intellectual curiosity and open-mindedness to access and solve problems.
* Ability to use inductive and deductive reasoning/methods.
* 1-2 Years of Experience in the Manufacturing Quality field or equivalent.
* Team work and leadership.
* Analytical mindset
