🧾 Key Responsibilities
Execution and validation of pre-payroll, payroll, and post-payroll
Calculation of severance, profit sharing, Christmas bonus, and special payments
Management of time and attendance incidents
Compliance with LFT, ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT
Validations and quality controls
Handling tickets, requests, and support for internal clients
Preparation of evidence for audit

🖥️ Requirements
Experience in payroll processes in Mexico
Management of SAP HCM / Payroll / Time Management
Intermediate Excel (validations, controls, reports)
Knowledge of the Mexican legal and tax framework
High attention to detail and sense of urgency
English B1-B2
