Logistics Demand Analyst

Project Management (50%)
* Assist in planning, executing, and tracking cross-functional projects.
* Maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
* Identify risks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
* Support project documentation and stakeholder communication.
* Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and updates to ensure alignment among teams.
Presentation Development (30%)
* Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to summarize project updates, demand analysis, and strategic initiatives.
* Develop dashboards, graphics, and visual tools to aid in decision-making and communication.
Supply chain, Planning and Analysis (20%)
* Analyze historical sales and demand data to create accurate forecasts.
* Collaborate with supply chain teams on material planning, sourcing strategies, and delivery schedules.
* Monitor and follow up on supply chain performance, addressing any gaps or delays.
* Support the development of planning models and tools using Excel.

* Education/Credentials/Certifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
* Length of Experience
* Desirable 2+ years experience in Production Planning, Demand Planning or Demand Analyst positions in the automotive or construction industry.
* Experience in developing KPIs for material and supplier performance and driving continuous improvements based on data analysis
* Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
* Advanced PowerPoint skills, including design and visual management expertise.
* Basic understanding of project management principles and tools.
* Familiarity with supply chain processes, including sourcing, logistics, and demand planning.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic mathematical skills.
* Previous experience with SAP is preferred.
