Our vision is to be our customers' most valued partner, creating a world of sustainable nutrition. A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.

About the role

The Supply Planner drives asset utilization across the Supply Chain and Plant network, engaging with Demand Partners and the S&OP process to balance supply and capacity against the demand plan, creating and sharing the Master Production Schedules (MPS) with the Production Scheduler at the plant, so they can develop the finite production schedule, optimizing the use of Kerry Manufacturing Assets while maximizing service to our external and internal customers.

Key responsibilities

* Develop and maintain a feasible and optimized supply plan based on demand forecasts, inventory targets, and replenishment requirements across distribution centers and manufacturing sites
* Translate demand plans into master production schedules that are executable within plant constraints and aligned with service and cost objectives
* Ensure system-generated planned orders are accurate and converted into executable production orders within the defined planning horizon
* Manage material dispatching and supply planning for both internal manufacturing sites and third-party manufacturers to ensure service continuity
* Monitor and manage inventory levels, including aging finished goods, and lead mitigation actions to reduce risk and prevent recurrence
* Collaborate cross-functionally with demand planning, commercial, finance, production, and supply chain teams to align plans and resolve supply-demand imbalances
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations through exception-based reporting, including customer PSI and OTIF performance
* Support capacity planning, labor planning, and medium- to long-term supply scenarios as part of the S&OP process
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on service, inventory optimization, and network efficiency
* Maintain and improve master data parameters such as safety stock and planning policies to ensure accurate system outputs
* Support network optimization decisions, including stock rebalancing and inter-site material transfers
* Track and report key supply chain KPIs, including OTIF, plan attainment, inventory turns, and working capital performance

Qualifications and skills

* Experience in supply planning, production planning, or end-to-end supply chain roles within FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry
* Hands-on experience working with ERP systems and planning tools, including demand and supply integration
* Proven experience in managing supply-demand balancing, inventory optimization, and service delivery metrics
* Experience working in cross-functional environments involving commercial, operations, and finance teams
* Exposure to S&OP processes and performance-driven supply chain environments
* Experience supporting or leading continuous improvement initiatives.

* Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in dynamic and time-sensitive environments
* Ability to influence and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement process enhancements
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
* APICS or equivalent supply chain certification is preferred
