As a Learning Manager at Amazon, you will play a vital role in developing and managing a team of trainers responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences to our associates and managers. Working closely with Process Engineers, you will collaborate with Operations teams to ensure our training programs meet customer needs and align with our mission to be Earth's most customer-centric company.

Key job responsibilities
* Develop training plans that minimize operational disruption while ensuring high-quality learning delivery.
* Audit training and coaching quality and implement corrective actions when necessary.
* Plan and execute the recruitment, selection, and development of top-performing trainers.
* Foster positive and effective collaboration between the Learning team and key stakeholders.
* Manage a team of Trainers and support their professional growth and development.
* Analyze and interpret metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
* Deliver training to the Learning team regarding updates to learning materials and processes.
* Develop training capacity plans and forecasting for new hires.
* Support leadership teams by providing reports related to Associate (AA) allocation based on training status and cross-training plans across processes.
* Experience designing and implementing training strategies, policies, and procedures to standardize and deliver training methodologies across an organization.
* Experience managing training KPIs and planning and coordinating training programs for more than 1,000 employees.
* Experience interacting with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Profil requis du candidat:
- 1+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or related field experience
- Experience collaborating with global and local stakeholders
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant field experience
