You lead new business opportunities in right store opportunities in white space retail environments. You use your deep understanding of our categories and brands to sell to new customers and to expand current customers' portfolios. In this role, you develop promotional pricing structures to fit with customer needs.

How you will contribute

You will:
* Responsible for developing and successfully implementing the commercial plan strengthen and expand Mondelēz International's position with and assigned customer by preparing, negotiating and executing the business plans
* Responsible for the coordination between the customer and Mondelēz International internal functions
* Accountable for maintaining and developing strategic growth plans for customers with a focus on portfolio management, listings, distribution and effective promotion and visibility
* Build and develop strong category partnerships
* Manage pricing within the Gross to Net Framework, Assortment management, Forecast accuracy in conjunction with supply chain function
* Together with cross functional colleagues evaluate, plan & execute appropriate promotional and in store visibility
* Monitor, analyze and report on market developments and competitor developments

Key Account Manager (KAM Jr) para la cuenta OXXO será responsable de apoyar la gestión y el desarrollo estratégico de la categoría de galletas dentro de una de nuestras cuentas de conveniencia más importantes. Este rol implica la ejecución de estrategias comerciales, el seguimiento de indicadores clave de rendimiento, la negociación y el aseguramiento de la rentabilidad, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con equipos internos y externos para alcanzar los objetivos de venta y distribución

What you need to know about this position:
* Generar, proponer y ejecutar la estrategia comercial específica para la categoría de galletas dentro de la cuenta OXXO.
* Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollo para la categoría de galletas, alineadas con los objetivos de la compañía y del cliente
* Colaborar activamente con el equipo de cartera para cruzar y conciliar cuentas, resolviendo discrepancias de manera oportuna.
* Monitorear y asegurar la rentabilidad de la compañía en la cuenta OXXO a través de una gestión eficiente de los recursos y negociaciones
* Revisar y analizar los niveles de inventario de productos en los centros de distribución y puntos de venta de OXXO, proponiendo acciones para optimizar el abasto y evitar quiebres o excesos.
* Coordinar con las áreas de Logística y Supply Chain para garantizar la disponibilidad del producto.
Education / Certifications:
Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadotecnia, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
Job specific requirements:
1 a 3 años años de experiencia en roles comerciales, preferiblemente en ventas de consumo masivo (FMCG), gestión de cuentas clave o comercial para el canal moderno. Experiencia previa con la cuenta OXXO o el canal de conveniencia es un plus.
