Responsibilities
The Opportunity
This role is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing robust Revenue Management strategies across the key RGM pillars-Pricing Strategy, Pack & Price Architecture (PPA), and Promotional Strategy-for the Savory category, ensuring a coherent price structure across channels and formats while maximizing value capture and driving sustainable, profitable growth. The position requires strong analytical capabilities and business acumen to identify profitable opportunities, shape data-driven commercial recommendations, and collaborate with multifunctional teams to secure strategic alignment and flawless execution.
Your Impact
As Revenue Management Assoc Manager your scope would consist of
Pricing Strategy - Define and implement base pricing strategy by SKU and channel, ensuring alignment with consumer price, brand positioning, and margin objectives. Lead price increase initiatives grounded in elasticity, inflation, and competitive dynamics, while continuously monitoring price gaps and recommending strategic adjustments.
Pack & Price Architecture (PPA) - Define and implement base pricing strategy by SKU and channel, ensuring alignment with consumer price, brand positioning, and margin objectives. Lead price increase initiatives grounded in elasticity, inflation, and competitive dynamics, while continuously monitoring price gaps and recommending strategic adjustments.
Promotional Strategy - Evaluate promotional ROI and effectiveness to guide investment optimization. Assess mechanics, depth, and frequency to define promo guardrails and ensure alignment with RGM principles. Partner with multifunctional teams to refine commercial plans and support disciplined promo execution.
Elasticity & Value Capture - Apply elasticity insights and value-based frameworks to identify revenue and margin opportunities. Recommend actions that strengthen pricing power, enhance value realization, and balance demand response with long-term strategic growth. Monitor competitive shifts to refine value-capture levers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Category Lead, Finance, and Supply Chain to translate RGM recommendations into executable plans. Develop tools, trackers, and dashboards to enable ongoing performance monitoring. Prepare concise, executive-ready summaries to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
¿Who Are We Looking For?
Experience
+4 years in Revenue Management, Pricing, Finance, Sales Strategy or related analytical roles.
Experience working with commercial & marketing teams, conducting financial and performance analysis.
FMCG experience preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong data analysis capabilities with proficiency in advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL (preferred).
Solid understanding of key financial metrics, including GS, NR, COGS, GM, Elasticity, etc.
Knowledge of pricing, portfolio, and promotional strategies, as well as channel dynamics.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to support decision-making.
