Job Description
Mission
* The biggest challenge that we have for you is plan and execute marketing strategies along with key business partners and sales team in order to accelerate brand demand and secure FY sales plan.
Activities:
* Ensure relationship with key partners and support partners to achieve FY strategy.
* Make use of analytics to propose acceleration plans and react appropriately to new opportunities
* Manage innovation follow up looking to achieve timelines and KPI
* Ensure brand guidelines implementation in all the executions online & offline
* Support commercial team with proper brand activations for the different channels
* Execute brand plan activities on time
Skills and experience:
* You show a rigorous commercial mindset, understanding key channels, key data sources for tracking performance. You understand a full P&L.
* You are curious and consumer oriented.
* You are passionate about category/competition understanding and you can deliver advanced analysis and diagnosis using different tools/databases.
* You know how to track KPIs across the portfolio to identify issues and opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3+ years in marketing, innovatior or marketing related experience
* Proficiency in English.
* Experience in FMCG or similar accountabilities (Nielsen, Kantar or Foodservice experience highly valuable)
